Artist Bio
Papimol Lotrakul is a multidisciplinary artist and designer based in Bangkok. Her work explores the narratives embedded in physical objects, merging form with meaning. Driven by an interest in humanity, cultural memory, and the invisible connections between people and things, she reflects on how memory inhabits material and how objects become vessels for personal and collective experience.
She works across various media, including painting, ceramics, writing, digital art, 3D design, and sound design, which allows her to translate conceptual ideas into tactile, visual forms. Through this experimentation, Papimol aims to blur the tangible and intangible boundaries between what is seen and what is unseen.
Papimol received a Bachelor of Architecture in Industrial Design from King Mongkut's University of Technology Ladkrabang in 2016 and a Master of Arts in Creative Art from Chulalongkorn University in 2023.
Her recent exhibitions include Early Years Project (Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, 2025), Art of Compassion (The Commons Saladaeng, 2024), Bangkok Illustration Fair (BACC, 2023), Bangkok Through Poster (Kin Jai Contemporary Gallery, 2023), and Bangkok Art Book Fair (Bangkok CityCity Gallery, 2022).
